How do I get red kool-aid out of carpet after the stain has been in the carpet for at least a month?

My kids spilled red kool-aid on my living room carpet and I've tried putting woollite carpet cleaner on it with some sort of oxygen cleaner in it, but it didn't help it. Does anybody else have anything else that get it clean?

  2. Of all the stains, one of the most difficult to remove includes Kool-Aid. Several stain removal websites caution about the variety of fabrics and how the cleanup for each depends on the actual fiber content. If you happen to know the brand of carpet or where it was purchased, call the dealer or store. Other wise check these sites out for all kinds of stain buster tips:

  3. I've had good luck with OxiClean. My mom always used to use Fantastik.
